We had the Suite 1 with beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows. Everything was very new, clean, and modernly furnished. The kitchen invites us to cook and even has a dishwasher. It’s easy to reach someone. We were even allowed a later check-out upon request. We would come back anytime. Thank you very much.

Simply incredible. The Park Suites in Santa Cruz is immaculate: everything is brand new, spotlessly clean and with great attention to detail. The communal pool is so peaceful and, with so few rooms, it feels like a private pool. The location couldn’t be better – you’ve got everything close at hand, yet it’s very peaceful and comfortable. After staying here, I’m certain I’ll never book a hotel or any other accommodation other than this one again. I’d highly recommend it. And the best thing, without a doubt, was the contact with the person we were in touch with: everything was handled remotely, it was really easy, and they were always available to help with whatever we needed.

What a wonderful stay we’ve had in Suite 3. The flat is very spacious and tastefully and luxuriously decorated. The building’s historic character has been perfectly preserved. It was a pleasure to spend time by the pool, where you can enjoy plenty of privacy. What’s more, there’s a lovely rooftop terrace. It’s situated in a beautiful old neighbourhood, close to a leafy park and charming shops and restaurants. For us, this suite is by far the best! Very good value for money.

Excellent accommodation. We stayed in Suite 2, which has two spacious bedrooms. Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean, and there are lovely touches throughout: high-quality bed linen and towels, a very comfortable shower with toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee capsules, water, etc.), and a sun terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing or stargazing. It’s very centrally located and convenient, just a stone’s throw from everything, yet away from the hustle and bustle. The refurbishment of this iconic building has been carried out with great taste; all the rooms have large doors and balconies opening onto the outside. We’ll definitely be back.
