We are looking to incorporate a key person for operational management and guest experience, with a strong service-oriented mindset.

What will your mission be?

To manage and coordinate the daily operations of the accommodations, ensuring an excellent guest experience and guaranteeing compliance with the company’s defined standards of quality, service, and hospitality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily accommodation operations: reservation management, guest service, housekeeping, maintenance, and incident resolution.

  • Provide direct, professional service to guests and suppliers, ensuring a close, efficient, and excellence-oriented experience.

  • Maintain smooth and effective communication with external suppliers and housekeeping teams.

  • Manage unforeseen events, technical issues, or last-minute changes.

  • Supervise compliance with quality standards across accommodations.

  • Handle complaints and claims with a positive attitude and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

  • Analyze basic indicators related to pricing, occupancy, and revenue.

  • Propose continuous improvements to operational processes and the guest experience.

  • Ensure confidential handling of client and business information.

Profile we are looking for:

  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar.

  • Additional training and experience in premium accommodation management will be valued.

  • High level of English, with the ability to communicate fluently (essential).

  • Preferably based in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication style.

  • Operational excellence and attention to detail.

Valued:

  • Knowledge of German and/or French.

  • Previous experience in premium hospitality, boutique hotels, or exclusive accommodation management.
